About the PGCMBlog

This is an extension of Distinctive Care Geriatric Care Management, a practice located in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Serving the greater Bergen County area, including Rockland, Essex and Passaic Counties, Distinctive Care is dedicated to honoring the older adult and providing the greatest degree of personalized care using our staff of nurses. We’ll be using this space to provide our readers with information useful to the aging population and their caregivers, as well as keeping everyone updated on Distinctive Care’s going-ons.
